Initializing modem for TextToSpeech and Audio sending method fails although configuration is done correctly.
An issue was addressed in the Message Control module that caused the hardware initialization to fail. Now, initializing the voice modem works properly.
Fixed on 11.04.2012, available from 7.00 SP0 Build 1
