Increment and Decrement RGM specfic keyboard screen functions do not work with the new recipe value list

The keyboard screen allows configration of Recipegroup Manager specific functions for incrementing and decrementing the selected recipe value through the keyboard screen.
In the runtime with the new recipe value list, the functions do not increment or decrement the value. With the old recipe value list the functions are working correctly.
Solution
An issue has been addressed in the runtime where the Recipegroup Manager specific keyboard screen functions for increment and decrement were not working correctly in the runtime when using the new recipe value list. Now the value can be correctly adjusted.
