Images are not shown in 'HTML-Help' screen

Description

When using the <NAME_SERVICE_ENGINE> help with self-created CHM files, no images are displayed in the "HTML help" screen when the zenon function "Open help" is started. Only the help text is displayed.

Cause: The images were saved in a folder in which they were not available for the "HTML-Help" screen.

This error has been fixed. The images for the <NAME_SERVICE_ENGINE> help are saved in the correct folder again and displayed correctly.

To benefit from this fix:

  • Update your zenon Software Platform to the latest build of zenon 12 or higher.
