An issue was addressed in the build for Windows CE. Now, time stamps are written correctly. We also recommend to look for updates and hotfixes that are available for the CE platform from Microsoft (if there are any).
Fixed on 12.06.2012, available from 7.00 SP0 Build 1, available from 6.51 SP0 Build 14
