IEC870 driver: does not call function "OnReceiveFrame()" in the IEC870OEM.DLL since a certain Build update

Description

The IEC870 driver no longer calls the "OnReceiveFrame()" function from the optional IEC870OEM.dll.

This bug has been fixed. The call is executed as expected again.

To benefit from this fix:

Update your zenon Software Platform to the latest build of zenon 10 or higher.
