IEC870_103 driver send not required GI command each time when time synchronization command is sent

Description

The IEC870_103 driver sent an unexpected GI command immediately after a time synchronization command even if it wasn't required by protocol.

The issue has been addressed and the behavior is now as expected. 


To benefit from this fix:

  • Update your zenon Software Platform to the latest build of zenon 11 or higher.
