IEC870_103 driver does not set value, status and timestamp when there is no connection after Service Engine start
Description
The
IEC870_103
driver did not set the value, status or timestamp when no connection was established after the Service Engine started.
The issue has been addressed and the IEC870_103 driver behavior is now as expected.
To benefit from this fix:
Update your zenon Software Platform to the latest build of zenon 11 or higher.
