IEC61850 Server when an URCB is enabled but all triggers options are disabled than the reports are emitted

Summary

Issue in IEC61850 Server (zenon Logic I/O driver): when an URCB is enabled but all triggers options are disabled (test case, has no practical use) than the reports are emitted by dupd (caused by change of timestamp) and Sequence Number is increasing.

Description

Issue in IEC61850 Server (zenon Logic I/O driver): when an URCB is enabled but all triggers options are disabled (test case, has no practical use) than the reports are emitted by dupd (caused by change of timestamp) and Sequence Number is increasing.

Solution

Now when report does not contain data then is omitted.
