The IEC61850 Configurator wizard failed to import the SCL file and reported "SCL file is not valid" because it did not skip IEDs whose Communication sections lacked a valid IPv4 address.

The issue has been addressed and the behavior is now as expected.

• Update your zenon Software Platform to the latest build of zenon 16 or higher.
