IEC60870 Slave PG - IOA 16 internal variable not updated correctly

Description

The IEC60870 Slave driver did not update the PG - IOA 16 internal variable correctly.
The issue has been addressed and the PG - IOA 16 variable is updated now correctly.

To benefit from this fix:
  • Update your zenon Software Platform to the latest build of zenon 11 or higher.
