- open CMD

- navigate to the following path "C:\Program Files (x86)\CodeMeter\Runtime\bin"

- please enter the following command ">cmu32 --delete-cmact-license --serial 130-xxxxxxxxxx"

- For example:

C:\Program Files (x86)\CodeMeter\Runtime\bin>cmu32 --delete-cmact-license --serial 130-xxxxxxxxxx

Please note, software- dongles always start at 130
