History of Changes does not handle correctly the value changes with long texts.
Summary
In Editor - History of Changes of the project - the columns for old value and new value are allowing the maximum of 128 characters. While the History of Changes is active and properties are changed that have a much higher size, or no limit at all, and a long text is entered, the History of Changes does not properly save the change
With very long values, an SQL statement error is displayed in the output window. The result is that entries from the History of Changes cannot be deleted anymore from the Editor interface.

Solution
Now procedure truncates element, object, old value, new value to 128 chars.
