Summary

In the straton IEC850 server, the GOOSE publisher sends unicode strings as ASCII strings. Also the GOOSE subscriber in the straton IEC850 server only supports ASCII strings

Description

In the straton IEC850 server, the GOOSE publisher sends unicode strings as ASCII strings. Also the GOOSE subscriber in the straton IEC850 server only supports ASCII strings

Solution

An issue has been addressed where the straton IEC850 server did not support UTF-8 strings and used ASCII strings instead. Now UTF-8 strings are used with GOOSE publishing, GOOSE subscribing and also normal data attribute exchange.
