GIS: It is not possible to disable borders in markers

Description

In the GIS view it was not possible anymore to disable the borders in markers. 
The issue has been addressed and the borders can be disabled now via the new option Display marker boarder.  

To benefit from this fix: 
  • Update your zenon Software Platform to the latest build of zenon 11 or higher.
