FAQ: WVS and Ops Manager in combination with zenon network redundancy

It is possible to start the Web Visualization Service Ops Manager on the respective servers and it is also possible to start the Ops Manager on specific PCs. The most distributed architecture can be seen in the following picture:

Possible network architecture to increase availability. However, still no seamless redundancy possible for WVS Sessions. There is no way to automatically switch between the Ops Managers based on the load of the PC on which the Ops Manager is running or whether it is accessible at all. As shown in the picture, a 3rd party proxy/load balancer would be necessary for such a "fail-safe" redundancy. 3rd party proxy/load balancer is not available natively in zenon.
