FAQ: When I print the report or export it to a pdf-document I have page-breaks. It should fit to one A4 paper.
Depending on the output fileformat 2 different rendering engines are used. There exists one for "soft pagebreaks" which is used for html-pages on the monitor. The second rendering engine is for output formats with "hard pagebreaks", that means, that the size on a A4 document, pdf, worddocument is exactly defined and a pagebreak is added when it is necessary.
The COPA-DATA demoreports are designed to look best on the screen (=soft pagebreaks) and you have scrollbars, etc when it doesn't fit on the screen. If you print the report, it will be reprocessed and pagebreaks are added if the size of e.g. an A4 page is exceeded. If you want to print reports you may have to change the layout in the report builder a bit in order to get a printed report which looks perfect.
