When a PC is a member of a domain and logged in with a local account, it is not possible to log into Zenon if the option "User must change password at next logon" is activated from the Active Directory (AD) side. The solution is to use Windows credentials on the local machine. Here's how:

  1. Go to Credential Manager on the client site where the local user is logged in.
  2. Under Network, enter the Server FQDN (Fully Qualified Domain Name).
  3. In Username, enter the AD username.
  4. Finally, enter the password of the account in the Password field
