External Tool - Remote Desktop Service. Another instance of zenVNC is already running.
Summary
It may occur that after restarting of your PC an Information-Box pop ups concerning ‘Another instance of zenVNC is already running’. The process ‘zenVNCSrv.exe’ started twice in that case. Beside the Information-Box it will also displayed at the Windows Task Manager two times.
The behavior can be reproduced on Windows 7 and Windows 8 independent of used bit version of the operation system.

Solution
An issue was addressed at the External Tools – zenon Remote Desktop Configuration which has created multiple entries at the registry.
Information
The mentioned message occurs with the start of the OS, if the the remote service was activated from the start-up tool.
During the registration a double-entry is made for the service in the registry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
Name: COPA-DATA Remote Desktop Service
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
Name: COPA-DATA Remote Desktop Service
Workaround:
If unchecking one of the entries – preferred the second entry, then the Information-Box will not be displayed anymore.
It‘s enough only to deactivate one of the two entries. The second will be deleted from the system start.
