EIP Scanner sends two consecutive SYN-TCP after target EIP adapter resets TCP connection

The Logic EIP Scanner sent two consecutive TCP SYN packets after the target EIP adapter resets the TCP connection.

The issue has been addressed and the behavior is now as expected.
