The EIP Scanner failed to report an error when a UCMM exchange timed out because the timeout condition was not propagated to the EIP blocks' error/status fields.

The issue has been addressed and the behavior is now as expected. 

To benefit from this fix:

• Update your zenon Software Platform to the latest build of zenon 10 or higher.
