DRIVERS update priorities are no longer considered after reload
Description
When using different priorities for updating
variables, all variables are reset to normal priority after a reload due to a
change in the driver. After a restart of the Service Engine
or a start and stop of the driver, the variables are updated correctly.
This behavior has been modified. Variables are updated
with the correct priority after reloading.
