Driver Phoenix: connect to PLC ProConOS initialisation / timing problem
Summary
When connecting to a PLC the driver sends REC_DATA telegram (without data) although it is not connected or logged in to the PLC. This leads to wrong and not working communication conditions that could even bring down PLC.

When connecting to a PLC the driver sends REC_DATA telegram (without data) although it is not connected or logged in to the PLC. This leads to wrong and not working communication conditions that could even bring down PLC.
Solution
It is checked if the driver is connected before sending REC_DATA telegram, it is never send without data
