Driver configuration cannot be opened and also no new driver can be created.

If a Service Engine is started as a windows service also zenDrvOpsManager is running as a service.
Thus zenDrvOpsManager cannot open a user interface for driver configuration and the Engineering Studio seems frozen.
Running a Service Engine as a windows service and also Engineering Studio in the user context is a not supported scenario and should be avoided.

If this is unavoidable you can try the following workaround:

Stop zenDrvOpsManager.exe and start it in the user context. Then also driver configuration in the Engineering Studio is possible. Side effects with Service Engine can occur and therefore a reboot of the system is recommended after the driver configuration has been finished.
