When the option to use UTC time is disabled in the DNP3_TG driver configuration, variables in the Runtime may have an incorrect time stamp (year 2037) when objects are received from the outstation for those variables, with a variation that does not include a time stamp.
Solution
An issue has been addressed in the DNP3_TG driver where variables in the runtime would receive an incorrect timestamp when the option to use UTC time was disabled in the driver configuration and an object with a variation that does not include a timestamp, was received.
