DNP3_TG driver: Setting link status request interval to "0" results in constant link status requests being sent

DNP3_TG driver: Setting link status request interval to "0" results in constant link status requests being sent

Summary

When the link status request interval (Keep Alive) is set to "0" in the driver configuration, the DNP3_TG driver in the runtime sends continuous link status request messages, rather than disabling link status requests

Description

When the link status request interval (Keep Alive) is set to "0" in the driver configuration, the DNP3_TG driver in the runtime sends continuous link status request messages, rather than disabling link status requests

Solution

An issue has been addressed in the DNP3_TG driver where the value "0" for the link status request interval was not correctly interpreted as "do not send link status requests". Now the value "0" allows disabling the sending of link status requests.
