DNP3_TG: assemble and process complete message when non-compliant DNP3 outstation does not request confirms to be sent for non-final fragments of a multi-fragment message

DNP3_TG: DNP3 master driver works with non-compliant DNP3 outstations that do not request application layer fragment confirms.

Description

The DNP3_TG DNP3 master driver has been enhanced to allow communication with non-compliant DNP3 outstations that do not request a confirm for non-final application layer fragments. 
If the outstation does not send a confirm, the DNP3 master will still send a confirm message after receiving an application layer fragment, unless the next application layer fragment has already been received. 

To benefit from this fix:
  • Upgrade to the latest build of zenon Software Platform 10 or later.
