In the Batch Control module, when displaying a phase's tags, the may be display issues with duration tags. When placing the curser in a duration cell to edit the duration and then scroll in the list, the list will not be correctly redrawn.

After looking into the discribed issue and fixing it, the list will always be drawn correctly.
