When a project is created in a Russian operating system and uses Cyrillic characters in the frame names it cannot be compiled in the editor on an English operating system. Screens cannot also be opened as the frame name at the screens does not save the correct Unicode frame name.
An issue has been addressed so that the screens can be open and the runtime files compiled successfully in the editor.
On project conversion the frame name is not converted so screens from older projects that use a frame name with non-ASCII characters, that are restored on a system with a different system language, need to be changed once to use the correct frame with the Unicode characters.
