Creating new Command group (or new Interlocking) multi-selects this new and the existing one.

Summary

In Editor, in Command processing module, when the cursor stays on some existing command group and you create a new group (from toolbar or context menu) after creation both groups are selected (only in gray, not in blue). When you now edit the group name - which must be unique - it can cause loss of new entry.

The same affects Interlockings module.

Solution

issue was addressed in procedure duplicating groups. Now:
- after you create new group only new group is selected (in blue)
- when you multiselect two (or more groups) you can (multi)edit properties but when you also are trieng to rename - only one group gets the new name, for rest the message 'there is group with the same name' comes.
- changes in groups also by error messages are stored correctly. Group with cannot take new name - keeps old name.
