Creating measurement documents via the SAP interface fails with the message 'INVALID_DATE'

Summary

Storing variable values in SAP via the SAP interfaces 'measurement readings' feature does not work in some situations. When the runtime attempts to send the value to the SAP system it fails. An entry is created in the CEL, indicating that there was a failure, it display's the error message 'INVALID_DATE'

Description

Storing variable values in SAP via the SAP interfaces 'measurement readings' feature does not work in some situations. When the runtime attempts to send the value to the SAP system it fails. An entry is created in the CEL, indicating that there was a failure, it display's the error message 'INVALID_DATE'

Solution

The call of the SAP function to create the measurement document has been updated. Instead of using a default value for the optional parameter 'READING_DATE', the parameter will not be set at all.

Information

Updating to the build that includes the fix will solve the issue. No changes in existing projects are necessary.
