[CHINESE] Bad values during monitoring of chinese symbols

Description

If the PC was configured with the language Chinese simplified the Workbench displays incorrect online values of array variables.
The issue has been addressed and now the correct variable values are returned.  

To benefit from this fix: 
  • Update your zenon Software Platform to the latest build of zenon 15 or higher.
