Perform a build update to the latest version. In the delivered version of zenon 11 the "Urls" setting was to configure with "http" and not with "https".
The number of licensed tags on the WVS client must be >= the number of licensed tags on the zenon server.WVS OPS Manager requires an SSL certificate. The certificate can be generated by starting the Service Engine for the first time with the Start WVS option. A dialog will appear asking for confirmation of the generation of an SSL certificate. Check in the certificate store (Under Windows -> Manage User Certificates -> Personal Certificates) if a certificate has already been generated or use the startup tool to configure your own certificate.
Make sure that Project ‘Network active’ is enabled in the project network settings and the respective Service Engine server name is correct.
Verify if the Service Engine is running on the computer configured as Service Engine Server.

Verify the parameters in the WebVisuOpsManager.json
configuration file, if they are valid in terms of syntax (quotation marks,
semicolons etc.), URLs, MappingPath, ProjectPath, ProjectName, inserted. Path to config file: %ProgramData%\COPA-DATA\zenon1100\WebVisuOpsManager.json.
Default configuration file:
Urls: use "https://", check if the port (example: 9510) is not allready in use by other software.
MaxSessionCount: must be less or equal to the number of licensed WVSClients.
MappingPath: case sensitive and "/p/ is needed when opening the WVS: https://localhost:9510/p/Subproject
Make sure that the Web Vizualization Service OPS Manager service has been started.
If no more values are updated on the WVS then clear the browser cache and reopen the WVS.
System Information Collector is a standalone COPA-DATA application that collects relevant data about the Operating System and zenon Software Platform for troubleshooting purposes. SIC is installed with zenon and can be started from zenon Startup Tool (Tools). The latest version released can be found in www.copadata.com/sic.
