CDDN, licenses: Error message indicates "Create licence update failed" while creating license updates
Current state of the investigation shows that if the error message occures, the licenses are already marked for deletion (withdrawn).

As currently the license state alignment between license central and Sunrise CRM is disturbed, the deletion/withdrawal of the license is not shown in Sunrise CRM.
The withdrawal can be spotted in the license central by checking the orders of the license ticket number (=serial number).
As an additional step a set of new licenses has to be created.
Note: Currently we do not see a possibility to update the licenses as long as they are activated. If the license / all license is returned an update seems to be possible.
The effort to return the licenses on the customer site is higher than creating a new set of licenses. This can be decided from case-to-case.
