BATCH: Control Recipe Terminates with error if Dominant Primary Server is restarted in customer Project

Description

The Batch service Control Recipe closed unexpectedly with an error if a Dominant Primary Server was restarted.
The issue has been addressed and the Control Recipe behavior is now as expected.  

To benefit from this fix:
  • Update your zenon Software Platform to the latest build of zenon 11 or higher.
