BACnetNG: if all trendlogs are received, afterwards a change is made in the BACnetNG driver configuration, all trendlogs are requested again

Description

The BACnetNG driver requests all trendlogs again if the trendlogs have already been received and changes in the driver configuration have been made afterwards. This did happen if after the changes in the driver configuration was made, the zenon Service Engine was reloaded instead of restarted.    
The issue has been addressed and the trendlogs are no longer requested again if already received in case of changes in the driver configuration and reloading the zenon Service Engine. 
 
To benefit from this fix: 
  • Update your zenon Software Platform to the latest build of zenon 11 or higher.
