In versions before 8.0 "Dialog zur RT anzeigen" really decided if a dialog is shown and which one. Which type of dialog was then decided by the filter itself.
Beginning with 8.0 "Dialog zur RT anzeigen" decides if you can see the whole config dialog at RT and not just a few tabs. In the filters itself you can decide which type of tab is shown then. So the decision if a dialog is Shown and which one is now a combination of "Dialog zur RT anzeigen" and the sufilter-settings.
Since there was an error in converting the old behaviour to 8.0 and higher versions it can happen, that a dialog is shown when it should not be shown or the other way around. The filter data itself is not affected.

Instead of "use Current date/time" select "Display Selection Dialog"
