"AML evacuation to SQL" popup blocks the alarms evacuation

Description

In a network environment, when using an SQL database as external data storage, an endless progress bar may be shown in the Service Engine Server when clients try to acknowledge or comment an alarm and the connection to the SQL database cannot be established. When the SQL connection is restored the loading bar does not disappear until a user clicks on Cancel button. Additionally, the respective alarm entry may not be correctly acknowledged or commented.
The issue has been addressed so that the progress bar is closed and the alarm can be correctly acknowledged and commented.
