Alarm Filter Issue When Using Reactivated Time Option in AML
Summary
The AML filter does not work as expected in the Service Engine for alarms with active project property "Use reactivated time". This has been modified.
Description
If an alarm occurs within the set filter time, it is
indicated correctly. If this alarm is reactivated within this filter time, it
is also indicated correctly. If the alarm time is in the filter but the "Use reactivated time" is outside the filter time, the alarm is
unexpectedly not indicated.
This behavior has been modified. The AML filter considers as well the alarm reception time as alarm reactivation time.
To benefit from this adjustment:
- Update your zenon Software Platform to the latest build of zenon 10
or higher.
