AddinFramework Bug (Packing of zip files)

Description

If a project is built several times, the results for Add-Ins may vary: Sometimes a valid *.scadaAddin file is created, sometimes a corrupted one and sometimes no *.scadaAddin file at all.

Cause: If packaging takes longer than 8 seconds, an invalid Add-In file is the result of the build process. However, a successful build is indicated.

This error has been fixed. The timeout for creating a scadaAddIn package has been increased from 8 seconds to 30 seconds. If this timeout is exceeded, the build fails and an error message is displayed.

To benefit from this fix:

  • Update your zenon Software Platform to the latest build of zenon 7.60 or higher.
