AccessDNP3_SG: enhanced support for CSV import / CSV export

Description

[Feature]: The AccessDNP3_SG Process Gateway CSV export/import function did not support double bit binary inputs.
The functional gap has been addressed and the handling of double bit binary inputs is now supported in CSV export/import functions.

To benefit from this fix:
  • Update your zenon Software Platform to the latest build of zenon 14 or higher.
