A zenon operator runtime as a client does not correctly switch over to the standby server after the server has failed.

Summary

With a zenon supervisor runtime a a server and a zenon supervisor runtime as a standby server, a zenon operator runtime as a client does not switch over to the standby server when the server has failed or was shut down.

Description

With a zenon supervisor runtime a a server and a zenon supervisor runtime as a standby server, a zenon operator runtime as a client does not switch over to the standby server when the server has failed or was shut down.

Solution

An issue has been addressed where a zenon operator runtime acting as a client did not switch over to the standby server when the active server failed. Now the zenon operator runtime as a client will switch over to the standby server after the server has failed.

A zenon operator runtime still has the limitation that it cannot act as a redundant primary server or secondary server. For this a zenon supervisor runtime shall be used.
