a project with missing mdf file is still displayed as OK in the System information Collector
Summary
Even though a project's mdf file is missing (which means the database is invalid), SIC still displays the project with green background and a check mark, indicating that there is no problem. Further more it is not possible to detach the invalid database from the SQL Server using SIC.
Description
Even though a project's mdf file is missing (which means the database is invalid), SIC still displays the project with green background and a check mark, indicating that there is no problem. Further more it is not possible to detach the invalid database from the SQL Server using SIC.
Solution
An issue has been addressed where thestatus of a project database was incorrectly displayed as OK. After the fix the status of project databases is correctly displayed and it is possible to detach invalid databases from the SQL server with SIC.
Information
There is no need to update your zenon installation to the version/build that includes the fix. You can download the latest version of the System Information Collector from the COPA-DATA forum.
