When having installed version 7.10 and version 7.0 on the same system and installing a build setup for version 7.0, the 7.10 startup tool gets overwritten by the 7.00 build setup

Solution

An issue has been addressed in the build setup. Now the build setup no longer overwrites a newer version of the startup tool.
