3S_V3 driver re-initializes connection in simultaneous read-/wirte performance scenarios (screen active writing to PLC while variables are advised)

Description

Under specific circumstances the 3SV3 driver unintentionally disconnected from the PLC, when simultaneously activating and writing to variables.
E.g. when switching to a screen with a configured screen active variable.
The issue has been addressed and the behavior is now as expected.
