Dear Copa-Data support team,

Our application froze and showed this error message.

From this point on the panel where the application is running is completely responseless, and had to be removed from power to be restarted. 

For more context, the screen that was active at the time the message appeared is the "screensaver" of our terminal. Meaning this happened most likely on its own and not as a result of user action.

Is this a known issue?

What could have caused this?
