Zenon V7 Message: "invalid user" is shown

Hello,
I created some users (username + PW) to try the user administration. But the Problem is, when I want to log in with one of them (no matter which), or also with the login without dialog, there's always the message "invalid user" and, when I tried it several times (more than 3) the RT is disabled. According to help, there should be a locking code section, while creating a user...but there is none, so I can't disable the locking :confused:
Could anybody imagine, what the problem could be, or what I am doing wrong?
