Zenon v7.0 Modbus Slave PROCESS GTW Limitation for Integration Projects

Hello,
In one of our Project, We have MB Slave - Master interface with the DCS where our Zenon7.0 is MB Slave and DCS is the MB Master. We have integration Project which have 3 Subproject. Zenon Modbus Process GTW does not function fully for the Integrated Projects!!
I try to use Straton logic for the same by adding few(100 DI & AI both) tags . But I notice a hang and long runtime start after implementing the same.
Can any one please tell me the limitation of the Same, !! how many slave and tags in each slave can be added in a straton project of a project?
Is this the best way or not ?
