Zenon to Zenon Logic communication issue

Hello Team,

My data exchange from Zenon to Zenon Logic is not happening.
Externally visible - done
Fieldbus configuration Done.

Zenon 7.50 and 7.60- Build latest.

Please suggest the possible reasons for the same
