Zenon runtime slow response

Zenon runtime slow response

Dear All,
I am facing the following problem in Zenon 7.0.
The Run time is sending a document to printer like Cell1, Cell2.... etc to printer (Ref: Snap-01) for every event is doing in Zenon run time.
For Example, I noticed in the printer window, there is showing the status as "Spooling" (Ref: Snap-01.jpg, highlighted in red color) after entering the value for set point in the PID controller (Ref: Snap-02). Then It was created a 16 bytes file. This is happening for every event is doing in zenon run time.
Printer is currently offline. The SCADA is getting slow response or hanging after few days because the printer is overloaded due to the above mentioned action. Once I delete the documents from the printer window then SCADA is working good.
So Please explain me, where is the mistake...? How can we stop to send the event document to printer...? Quick reply is highly appreciable.
Thanking You.
Best Regards,
A.Navaneet.
