zenon logic

Hello all, I'm new in zenon logic and I have some tasks to solve. we are going to make simulation project in zenon logic for substation operators training. So the project must satisfy these requirements. 1. when I send command, logic should response and change state (for example: close/open breaker statuses). 2. I want to define variables values once and it stayed that all time. I mean, in zenon logic simulation I can send values, measurements but when I stop simulation and restart runtime, variable values is not saved. 3. if it is possible, to change driver modes from runtime, I saw such thread, but could not find that function. I've tried but without success. describe what I did and please tell me what I did wrong: 1. changed driver mode to simulation programmed. 2. created simulation project and than immediately closed zenon logic. 3. in the wizard > variables > driver simulation wizard defined COMMAND variable *_Q0_CO and RESPONSE variable *_Q0_ST (these variables already defined in commands and tested in real) but when trying to rebuild, it says: starting 220kv_IEC_61850_driver extract straton zip-file ------------------------------------------------------------------------- ---FINISH--- 4. defining variable values I did not tried, because don't no where to start :( as I said, I'm new. the only thing I can do well in logic, I can start simulation by clicking the 'on line' and change values. I could try read the whole manual, but I have not much time and mostly, not sure to find exactly what I need. if anybody helps me I will be glad.
